ACHAIA. Patrai. Circa 35-32 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 17 mm, 2.38 g, 12 h), Damasias Agesilaou, magistrate. Head of Aphrodite to right, wearing stephane, earring and pearl necklace. Rev. ΔA/MACIAC above Patrai monogram; all within laurel wreath. BCD Peloponnesos 527 (this coin). BMC 2-3. SNG Lockett 2348. Beautifully toned. Struck from the usual slightly worn dies, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
